It's come to my attention that I need to make a new post. I know, I know, I said that I was going to post regularly and all that jazz but I've been busy!
So, today was a pretty awesome day. It started with a nice 6.2 mile (why yes, that is a full 10K) run with Sarah. We usually run on Saturdays and when Sarah asked me how far I wanted to go I blurted out 6 miles. Now, I admit that I was jealous that she had already done 6 miles this week, so I just had to keep up!
We then headed downtown for some awesome lunch at Busy Bee. I had fish tacos which were awesome. More importantly, I had guacamole with my tacos. I'm sure this wouldn't normally matter, but up until today I didn't like guacamole and refused to eat it. Yay for branching out and giving things I thought I hated a chance.
THEN we headed to Holly Aiken to make some awesome valentines. Sarah and I each made one for our respective valentines and it was great fun!
The rest of the evening was spent relaxing and being lazy in general. Today was one of the Saturdays that didn't go by too quickly and I can't believe I have another day of relaxing tomorrow. I love when the weekends don't go by too fast.
In other news, my sponsorship of the fashion blog Miss Vinyl Ahoy started yesterday and she will be doing a post dedicated to my sponsorship on Monday. Here's hoping I get a lot of sales out of it!!
February has been a great month so far and I'm sure the next 2 weekends won't disappoint!
